These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of services by RSTORD Services LLC ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), a licensed and insured property services provider operating exclusively in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, Florida. Our services include interior and exterior painting, timber and deck painting and restoration, pressure cleaning, soft washing, and kitchen and bathroom renovations (collectively, the "Services"). By accepting a quote from us or engaging our Services, you ("you," "Customer," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not accept our quotes or use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a written or verbal quote from RSTORD Services LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
2. Scope of Services
We provide the following Services:
Interior and exterior painting
Timber and deck painting and restoration
Pressure cleaning
Soft washing
Window washing
Kitchen and bathroom renovations
All Services are performed by our employees or authorized subcontractors (e.g., for electrical or plumbing work), who are bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Quotes and Payment Terms
Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by you and our initial assessment. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden damage, additional work requested).
Deposit: For jobs exceeding $2,000, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before scheduling can occur. Deposits must be paid in full to secure your service date.
Final Payment: Full payment of the remaining balance is due within 7 days of job completion. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, plus collection costs if applicable.
Payment Methods: We accept [insert accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, check, credit card]. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars.
4. Cancellation Policy
If a deposit is required, cancellation must occur before the deposit is paid to avoid any obligation. Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable.
If no deposit is required, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the quoted amount.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the work area for our technicians and subcontractors.
Remove or secure personal property, furniture, or valuables from the work area prior to the start of Services.
Notify us of any pre-existing conditions or hazards (e.g., structural issues, delicate surfaces) that may affect the Services.
Failure to comply may result in delays, additional costs, or our refusal to perform the Services, at our sole discretion.
6. Documentation of Prior Damage
Before commencing any work, RSTORD Services LLC will take photos and/or videos to document the condition of the property, including any pre-existing damage. These records are for our protection and yours. By engaging our Services, you consent to this documentation.
7. Warranty
Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty on all Services, covering defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. Repairs or corrections under this warranty are at our discretion and limited to the original scope of work.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: Some installed items (e.g., fixtures, materials) may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which is separate from our warranty. We are not liable for defects covered by manufacturer warranties.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, natural wear and tear, weather events, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
8. Limitation of Liability
General: RSTORD Services LLC is licensed and insured. Our liability for any damage caused by our employees or subcontractors is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance. We are not liable beyond these limits.
Damage Reporting: Any damage allegedly caused by our Services must be reported to us with photographic evidence within 24 hours of the incident. We will investigate and, if applicable, file an insurance claim. Failure to report within this timeframe waives your right to claim damages from us.
Painting: We strive for quality but cannot guarantee exact color matches due to variations in materials, lighting, or existing conditions.
Pressure Cleaning and Soft Washing: These services may not restore surfaces to their original color or state. Pressure cleaning may damage delicate or deteriorated surfaces; we will perform a test area first but are not liable for unavoidable damage disclosed in advance.
Delays: Services may be delayed due to weather, material supply issues, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from such delays.
9. Subcontractors
We may use subcontractors for specialized tasks (e.g., electrical or plumbing work during renovations). Subcontractors are bound by these Terms, and we remain your primary point of contact. Our insurance and liability limits extend to their work.
10. Insurance
RSTORD Services LLC maintains general liability and worker’s compensation insurance as required by Florida law. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request.
11. Dispute Resolution
Initial Resolution: Disputes must first be addressed with our management team by contacting [insert contact email/phone].
Mediation: If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation in [insert county, e.g., Miami-Dade County], Florida, with costs split equally between the parties.

12. Termination
We may terminate Services at our discretion if:
You fail to make payments as agreed.
You do not provide safe or adequate access.
Conditions at the property pose an unreasonable risk to our team.
Upon termination, you remain liable for costs incurred up to that point.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, hurricanes, floods, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion. The latest version will be posted on our website [insert website URL] with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued engagement with our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any accepted quote, constitute the entire agreement between you and RSTORD Services LLC, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
